Cancellation and refund policy for Janome Masterclasses:
Janome Masterclass payments are non-refundable. If an individual wishes to cancel a Masterclass and written cancellation notice is received at least 28
days before the start date a refund of 25% will be made from the tutor.
Masterclasses at Janome have a minimum required attendance level. If insufficient bookings are received, Janome reserve the right to cancel or postpone
the Masterclass. If Janome cancels a Masterclass, Janome shall endeavour to provide at least one week’s notice. If a transfer is not available, the full cost
will be refunded by the tutor with whom you made the booking. Janome cannot be held liable for any losses arising from such a cancellation
