In this class, you will learn:
1.- My step-by-step method for sewing round and organic shapes.
2.- How to avoid puckers and keep your curves lying flat.
3.- How to apply this technique to your own designs.

WAVES AND SHAPES

In this class, you will learn:
1.- How to combine curves with value, hue, and color gradients.
2.- How to build more complex shapes from simple curved units.
3.- You will work toward your own 18” x 22” mini quilt top using these techniques.
4.- You will receive access to a Facebook group where you can share your progress, ask questions and share your creation.

COLORFUL AND IMPROV CLAMSHELLS
ON DEMAND CLASS — watch at your own pace and time and as many times as you want.
Duration: 142 minutes
In this class, you will learn:
1.- How to apply improvisational piecing to the classic clamshell shape — a completely different, freeform approach to curves.
2.- How to choose and combine colors intuitively as you piece.
3.- Spiral quilting and hand stitching techniques to finish your piece.
4.- You will receive access to a Facebook group where you can share your progress, ask questions and share your creation.

Necessary materials:
Fabrics, thread, sewing machine that makes a straight stitch, a quarter-inch foot, rotary cutter, ruler, pins or clips, and iron.
Suitable for all skill levels.
